30-day happy paws guarantee

We want you and your dog to love your MuddyMate. If you're not happy, you can ask for a return within 30 days of delivery.

Change of mind

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number.

Items must be unused, clean and in the original packaging.

You pay the return shipping. We'll refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving it.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Email us a photo of the problem with your order number.

We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. In most cases you won't need to send the item back.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
